Refund policy
We will refund the full cost of the product and any shipping fees if the product arrives damaged or defective. To start the refund process, email carolZartworks@gmail.com, with a description of the damage or defect and a photo. Be sure to include a product description and your contact information. We will process the return shipping and your refund within fifteen days.
If the product is replaceable, you will have the option to have the product replaced instead of a refund.
